Select "Disk Serial Number... from the Edit menu Enter a new serial number for the disk Click OK (or hit Return or Enter) to accept the change DiskTracker will check see the new serial number conflicts with other serial numbers in the catalog file. + so, you will be given the choice to cancel your changes or to have DiskTracl ker reassign the other disk's serial number to the next available number.
